Giampaolo Marchi, his wife Hedi Roth, sons Andrea and Roman and brother Vittorio are co-owners of the organic farm "Töira," located in Olivone on the main road leading to the Lukmanier Pass. It is a medium-sized mountain farm, consisting of 25 dairy cows, 10 heifers and 8 calves.
The Töira Cheese Factory offers its customers a rich selection of various aged and fresh cheeses, yogurt, milk and more, guaranteeing impeccable BIO quality. From September to June, Giampaolo is always available, upon request, to explain and demonstrate all the working steps.
In a family and friendly environment, one thus comes to know and discover all the information inherent in the processing of the genuine BIO products that are created.
