As of 2017, the Santa Croce Clinic is able to accommodate 82 inpatients, effectively confirming that it is the most important private psychiatric facility in Ticino, a reference point for psychiatry in the canton and beyond.

The high number of cases treated annually allows the team of the Santa Croce Clinic to be continually confronted with all known psychiatric and psychosomatic pathologies and consequently offer targeted therapies that are the result of experience and constant professional updating.

Being a point of reference also means being able to guarantee each patient a personalized treatment pathway in relation to his or her pathology and its state of severity; for this reason, the Holy Cross Clinic offers differentiated pathways ranging from inpatient inpatient care, to semi-inpatient care with a Day Hospital service, and to outpatient treatment.

In 2023 a partner service for nursing and psychiatric care at home will be created in collaboration with the Santa Croce Clinic: the spitex UmaniTi.
