We are a colorful bunch. So don't be shy. Say hello - even if we're swimming in appointments. But don't comment on the weather.

Opening times

We are open until the end of May, weather permitting.

From June, we will be open for you every Saturday again.

Saturdays from 11.00 to 18.00

 

Philosophy

In harmony with nature

Out of consideration for the vines and the soil and out of the conviction that this is the only way to produce wines of the highest quality in the long term, we have converted the entire farm to organic farming.

We want to promote the optimal development of the vines - not force it - which is why we prefer natural viticulture. As a member of the BIO-SUISSE association, special ecological services are provided and monitored by independent controls. We support our vines in their natural defenses, protect them when necessary, but always without chemical-synthetic additives and fertilizers.

Caring for wines and vines out of passion

Our respect for these characteristics determines our way of growing grapes and making wine. We use gentle methods when processing the grapes and in the cellar, always following the principle: as little technology as possible and as much as necessary, as any unnecessary mechanical stress can damage the wine.
