The Hotel Albris has always been a family-run, personal establishment. The hotel has been owned by the Kochendörfer family since its inception, who have been looking after their guests and local customers with passion and warmth for four generations.
The 36 rooms are high-quality and furnished with wood from the Engadine forests. The Mediterranean cuisine offers meat and fish specialties that have been awarded the Golden Fish. The history of the Kochendörfer family in Pontresina began around 120 years ago with a bakery.
The bakery is still the heart of the establishment today, producing 40 types of bread every day, which hotel guests can enjoy at the lavish breakfast buffet. Other specialties include the original Engadine cake and the newly created Steinbock cake.
