From investigation of marital infidelity to unfair competition, from monitoring of minors to prevention of abuse of the elderly; the investigative agency IRX – investigations, research and unknowns – is based in Ticino and carries out local, national and international investigations involved in personal, corporate, civil and criminal realms. 

In addition to the services commonly offered by investigative agencies, IRX also offers consulting in the field of criminology and harm reduction strategies for institutions, professional associations, and public or private interest groups.

Their goal is to offer a multi-disciplinary response to customer demands, researching and coordinating qualified staff – if necessary capable of working in the field (participant observation) – in various areas of legitimate, unlawful or illegal deviant behaviors.
