Foundation and today

• 1970 Founding of the company as a sole proprietorship by Peter Schönenberger, pioneering work in the development and market launch of volumetric and gravimetric dosing systems for liquid concrete admixtures.
• By 2004, the company had grown and expanded to become the market leader for dosing systems in concrete plants in Switzerland.
• 2004 Conversion into a public limited company.
• 2006 Death of founder Peter Schönenberger.
• 2007 Takeover by Hans-Rudolf Bleuler (Chairman of the Board of Directors) and Urs Remund (Board member and Managing Director).
• 2011 Representation of KIMIDO, Kindler GmbH in Switzerland and Liechtenstein for color and fiber dosing systems.
• 2012 Relocation from Wallisellen to Regensdorf.
• 2016 Handover of management to Ivo Müller (Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director). Urs Remund continues to provide support.

Today's Ingenieurbüro Schönenberger AG specializes in dosing systems and customer-specific equipment for the construction industry and related fields in Switzerland and Europe. As an independent company, we develop and manufacture our equipment in-house. We offer engineering, project management, and manufacturing services for customer projects. Thanks to innovation, flexibility, and an excellent network of partners and suppliers, we are able to achieve great things.
