About us
After spending 13 years in Graubünden (Flims and Falera), Jürg and Miriam Portmann are back in their old home. Since the end of June 2015, they have been running the Restaurant zur Post together with their team. Jürg is in the kitchen, Miriam is in service, the office, and wherever else work needs to be done.
Thanks to his many years of experience in Graubünden, Jürg Portmann has mastered the preparation of capuns, bizochels, and other Graubünden classics.
