Travail en urgence et bien fait sur évier

L'évacuation de mon évier de cuisine a été déboîtée du mur à 16h un vendredi par la pression des conduits, causée par un bouchon dans le mur. Ils ont été en mesure de m'envoyer en une demi-heure deux plombiers très pro qui ont passé presque une heure à déboucher un mètre de bouchon bloquant l'évacuation centrale des conduits de cuisine de mon immeuble, avant de réparer mon évacuation. Ils ont même été vérifier chez mes voisins que le bouchon n'avait pas fait aussi du dégât chez eux. Merci à eux et à leur travail en urgence mais soigneux. Plus de fuite et un évier fonctionnel avant le week-end !

Pas professionelle

Entreprise incapable de vous fournir un rapport d'intervention digne de ce nom. On doit les croire sur parole lorsqu'ils affirment que pour 7m de câble, on est encore dans la partie privative - aucune mention de cela dans leur pseudo rapport d'intervention (ou alors facturer une intervention avec caméra pour 350 chf HT sachant que le dépannage à couté un peu plus de 200 chf). Entreprise réactive dans les échanges de mails mais prend vite la mouche, ce qui confirme le manque de professionnalisme.
