La boucherie du Casino is specialized in the slaughter of sheep, goats, cattle, equine and pork. 

We slaughter sheep, goats and pork on Mondays (unloading between 06:30-07:00) 

Cattle and equines on Wednesdays (unloading between 05:30-06:00) 

Please call us to register cattle 24 hours in advance. 
 

We also have a 24-hour on-call system for emergency slaughter. (At the farm if not deplacable or directly to the slaughterhouse) 

we can butcher your animals on site (vacuum-packed, labelled) stale1-3 weeks.
