Wine is very versatile for us:

The year begins in spring with pruning the vines in the crunching snow. Sweating in the summer heat to tend and nurture the vines. In the fall, smelling the very own scent of fermenting must and listening to the gentle bubbling of a bung-full barrique and losing yourself in deep thought...
