We use thread rolling to manufacture screws in our mechanical workshop or process semi-finished products into the final product for our customers. The profile is rolled into the surface of the corresponding raw part.

This type of production has the advantage that it is fast and, for large quantities, also more cost-effective than other methods of producing threads.

The finished threaded parts are used in a wide range of industries - whether automotive or mechanical engineering, medical technology, the construction industry or for diesel engines.

Contract manufacturing with precision CNC milling

We carry out contract manufacturing for you according to drawings or your specifications. Our CNC milling machines can produce milled parts in the 0.01mm range with a length of up to 800mm.
