The Moulin de Sévery... Then and now
Located in the canton of Vaud, the Moulin de Sévery is the last mill in Switzerland to operate on a year-round basis. Traditional cold-pressed oils, flavored mustards, pulpy vinegars, unsalted roasted dried fruits: these are just some of the products made using traditional methods that allow the flavors to develop optimally and preserve vitamins and valuable nutrients. The first written record of the Moulin de Sévery dates back to 1228. Seven generations of the Bovey family have succeeded one another since 1810.
