Description
FMH General Medicine
It has always been a dream of mine to be able to combine the experience of traditional medicine and psychosomatic medicine with techniques learned in the complementary field.
In fact, I am convinced that a holistic approach to taking care of the person, dealing with all aspects from the physical to the mental-psychic and spiritual, is essential.
Everything is in connection, and I think that well-being is due to a balance of all these aspects.
In my practice in addition to traditional medicine , for those who will be interested, I also offer the following therapies:
- Ayurvedic therapies and ayurvedic massage
- deep relaxation techniques
- aromotherapy
- chromotherapy
- metacorporeal breathing
- meditation
- Ayurvedic therapies:
Ayurveda means "knowledge of life" and is therefore a philosophy (originated in India) that applies to life and things. It is basically a system for the prevention and treatment of disease that starts from a holistic approach that is concerned with the whole person and in harmony with Nature with the aim of tracing back to the causes that determine the symptom.
Ayurveda is a system for the prevention and treatment of disease that starts from a holistic approach that is concerned with the whole person and in harmony with Nature with the aim of tracing back to the causes that determine the symptom.
They are the most important and most important of all.
According to this practice, three types of vital energy, the doshas, flow in the body in different proportions according to each individual's constitution.
The three doshas vary their balance over the course of the year, seasons, and days, so Ayurvedic therapies take these variabilities into account. They suggest the appropriate behaviors and foods to take according to each change and in case of their imbalance, because this leads to a disease situation.
These three energies are called vata, pitta and khapa. Each dosha is composed of the combination of two of the five elements (air-ether-water-fire-earth) and has deermined qualities that characterize it. Through the identification of the prevalence of one of these three forces in each, one can classify the person both personality-wise and physically. One can thus identify the dysfunctions that may result, which always arise from imbalances that are created between these doshas.
Targeted Ayurvedic massages are also applied in the studio.
- Deep relaxation technique:
Relaxation is a state that is achieved in order to receive calm, peace and happiness.
The achievement of these goals is done by going through various methods. These include meditation, imaginative techniques and hypnosis. Benefits of relaxation include increased awareness, reduced anxiety, increased ability to concentrate and remember, and increased energy and vitality.
The benefits of relaxation include increased energy and vitality.
- aromatherapy:
Aromatherapy is considered a branch of herbal medicine that uses essential oils that are used for health maintenance and therapy.
The term aromatherapy does not refer exclusively to the olfactory utlilization of essential oils but also includes all other applications:
topical, inhalation,oral.
Aromatherapy has manypilical benefits on both body and psyche.
- chromotherapy:
The color and tones of light that radiate toward a specific part of the body, transmit vibrations that bring the energies back into balance.
Chromopuncture is a color-based method to treat various problems of our body and ostra psyche, such as:
- emicranias
- insomnia
- anxiety
- chronic pain
- chronic sadness and depression
- chronic fatigue
- fear
- hypertension
- metacorporeal respiration:
"The breath is like a kiss on the heart that makes it blossom like a flower."
This relaxation technique helps you become aware of your body through the breath. The breath brings out our resources and ability to understand ourselves. It relieves stress and increases vital energy.
The body does not lie and the breath is vital breath
.In addition, for metacorporeal breathing, meditations and personal growth evenings, I collaborate with my husband, Fortuna Riccardo, a graduate metacorporeal breathing practitioner and a graduate in Metacorporeal Relational Counseling (Oceano Sintesi - Milan) recognized Sgfb.
