Jérémy Purro took over the Gremaud boucherie-charcuterie on March 1, 2013.

His background is varied: he completed a 3-year apprenticeship at the Marsens butcher's, a year of mature studies, then worked for 2 years at a butcher's in Bulle and a year at the Gremaud butcher's before taking over the business.

At the butcher's, he takes on apprentices and works as part of a team with several sales assistants and employees.

Together, they strive every day to provide quality service to their customers and offer them the best products.

You'll find both fresh and smoked meats, and can organize your dinners and other special occasions thanks to their catering service.
