Lieber nicht mehr

Durchgehend unfreundliches, unmotiviertes Personal in St. Gallen, Fragen werden nur widerwillig beantwortet, genaue Lieferzusagen für eine Ersatzbatterie iPhone 6 werden keine gemacht. Falls die Aktionen per Ende 2018 auslaufe und keine Batterien mehr lieferbar seien, habe man halt Pech gehabt. So geht Kundenservice definitiv nicht. Schade um das sehr schöne, perfekt gestylte Geschäft.
