How we are organized

Pro Senectute attaches great importance to a strong regional and local presence. With its six regional offices in ten locations, it is easily accessible to everyone.
 

Strategic management

The Foundation Board determines the strategy of the Pro Senectute Foundation in the canton of St. Gallen and monitors its implementation. It ensures the sustainable development of the organization. The Foundation Board comprises the chairpersons of the regional committees and freely elected members.

The regional committees are responsible for implementing the strategies at the regional level and ensuring that the regional office is well established in the region and locally.

 

Operational management

The Executive Board coordinates cooperation between the regional offices and ensures the professional and economic development of the foundation. It is composed of the Chair of the Executive Board and the heads of the regional offices.

The heads of the regional offices are responsible for operational management and for ensuring the provision of services.
