How we are organized

Pro Senectute attaches great importance to a strong regional and local presence. With its 6 regional offices  at 10 locations, it is easily accessible for everyone.
 

Strategic leadership

The Board of Trustees defines the strategy of the Pro Senectute Canton St. Gallen Foundation and monitors its implementation. It ensures the sustainable development of the organization. The Foundation Board is made up of the chairmen of the regional committees and freely elected members.

The regional committees are responsible for implementing the strategies at regional level and ensure  that the regional office is well anchored at regional and local level.

 

Operative leadership

The Executive Board coordinates cooperation between the regional offices and ensures the professional and economic development of the foundation. It is made up of the Chair of the Executive Board and the heads of the regional offices.

The heads of the regional offices are responsible for operational management and for  ensuring  that services are provided.
