Gerber Info is a multi-service company, founded by Mickael Gerber in 2017.

We manage the after-sales service of out-of-warranty appliances for major retailers, such as Manor, Interdiscount or FNAC, enabling these stores to offer their customers boutique-like services. We therefore address the end customer directly, with the aim of improving the experience of using appliances and resolving everyday hassles.

We also look after the IT fleets of local businesses, helping them to set up a secure, high-performance system to get the job done.

Since 2019, we've also had the mandate to manage the Commune de St-Maurice's IT fleet, whether it's assistance, troubleshooting or the deployment of new machines.

In 2021, some great new things have emerged: A new office since January 1, directly followed by a pre-apprentice who is currently in his first year!

2022 brings us new parks to manage, the Librairie St-Augustin and the Fondation La Fontanelle among others.

Mickael Gerber has a wealth of experience in computer troubleshooting with a background of over 10 years in the service of several companies at the time of opening his business, giving him the skills and qualities necessary for this activity, patience, perseverance, understanding, courtesy.
