Mr. Vincenzo Rullo, trained as a precision mechanic, grew up in the Swiss watchmaking industry. After many years of intense work in the service of internationally known companies, he decided to strike out on his own.
The TECNOMATIC, a company specializing in mechanical machining and assembly of electrotechnical components, then he invested in MORPLAST, a company specializing in thermoplastics.
In recent years, Mr. Vincenzo's two children have joined the management team. Sandra, who has taken over as sole administrator, and Marco who, as engineer, handles all technical issues.

Thanks to the strong complementarity of MORPLAST and TECNOMATIC, the latter has recently absorbed the former, becoming a leading entity in the industry, capable of guaranteeing products of excellence.

The merger of the two companies has made it possible to maintain high and constant levels of control over all stages of processing, with the ability to intervene directly and at all times to ensure the quality of the product.

The merger, moreover, has resulted in a significant reduction in production time and costs due to the elimination of the cost associated with moving semi-finished products.
