In my practice, I offer individualized support for a variety of issues, including stress management, recovery, burnout, tinnitus, eye problems, joint pain, migraines, sedation, post-operative care, post-accident care, hip problems, nervous system disorders and trauma rehabilitation. With my compassionate and holistic approach, I want to help you improve your quality of life and strengthen your health.

My calling is to help people recover and heal. I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to experience positive change, and I am here to support you on your journey.

In addition to my therapeutic services, I invite you to join me every Thursday at 6:50 pm for my yoga class with an Indian movement approach. Immerse yourself in the world of relaxation and physical balance as I guide you through the exercises.
