Condition analyses

Ball bearing measurement - shock pulse
The shock pulse measurement counts the frequency rate (shock pulses
per second - rolling element rolling noise) and varies the measurement threshold until two amplitude values can be determined:
These 2 values can be used to assess the current lubrication in the bearing and the general condition of the rolling bearing, and by tracking these values we can recognize the trend and derive forecasts for the condition development.
FFT analysis
With FFT (Fast Fourier Transformation) measurement, amplitude and envelope spectra can be recorded to diagnose and investigate bearing, gearbox or machine damage.
Vibration measurement
Machine vibrations are measured on rotating machines and assessed in accordance with ISO 10816-3 standards.
