LE GOÛT DE LA TRADITION !
Ayant très tôt développé un goût pour la pâtisserie, Gilles Guillaume a effectué un apprentissage de boulanger-pâtissier à Kerzers.
Par la suite, il a travaillé en Suisse alémanique jusqu'au 1er octobre 2001 où, à 22 ans, il reprend la boulangerie de sugiez
Aujourd'hui il travaille dans la bonne humeur avec ces collaborateurs dont pour produire leurs produits traditionnels, divers encas idéaux pour les petits creux.
Et surtout la grande spécialité de la boulangerie: le Gâteau de Vully, véritable produit de terroir de la région, très recherché par les amateurs de tradition.
