Four main systems are used in timber construction. These are half-timbered construction, post-and-beam construction, solid panel construction and framed construction. The latter is most frequently used for single-family homes. It's the further development of a system perfected over a hundred years ago in the USA.

Wall and floor elements,  cladding as well as doors and windows, are produced in the workshop under optimal working conditions, then transported to the building site where they are implemented in record time using simple lifting equipment.

From an energy point of view, timber constructions achieve thermal insulation values well in excess of standards. The output of heating equipment can be lower, reducing heating energy consumption. This results in significant investment and operating savings without sacrificing any of the comfort of the inhabitants.
