The restaurant has a dining room with 44 seats, a smoking room with 16 seats, a winter garden with 52 seats and a dining room with 28 seats. There are also three halls (up to 150 seats) and meeting rooms as well as a beautiful garden restaurant and six hotel rooms 

.

The restaurant is open daily from 05.00 to 00.30. The early morning coffee for CHF 3.20 from 05.00 to 08.00 is particularly popular. The continuously warm cuisine from 11.30 a.m. is very extensive and boasts good home-style Swiss and Italian dishes on. We mainly use fresh and regional quality products for all dishes. The Rössli specialties include various cordon bleus, meat from the hot stone, affordable daily menus and pizzas from the wood-fired oven. Of course, we also offer gluten- and lactose-free menus.

As soon as the situation allows, the popular dance afternoons with ever-changing live music will take place again on Sundays from 14.00 to 17.00 and on the fourth Friday of the month we will once again host a Je-ka-mi Musig-Stubete in the hall from 19.30.

The six cozy guest rooms are simply and functionally furnished.

Always fresh

CORDON BLEU

The cordon bleus are always freshly made from predominantly regional veal or pork. Try the Rössli cordon bleu for yourself! With pork, ham shoulder and gorgonzola. If you are a little hungrier, we recommend the popular XXL Cordon bleu (500 grams). Served with your choice of chips, croquettes, baked potato wedges, rice, pasta or hash browns and a vegetable garnish.

Selected meat

The hot stone

We serve the meat of your choice briefly seared on both sides on the hot soapstone. The selected meat of beef, horse, lamb or pork with a standard size of 200 grams is roasted by you at the table. Hungry diners can increase the piece by a further 100 grams as required. You can also prepare giant prawns on the hot stone. We serve the dishes on the hot stone with herb butter, Bearnaise sauce and a side dish of your choice.

From the wood-fired oven

PIZZA

Enjoy our wood-fired pizzas as an aperitif, starter, small or large meal. The dough is prepared fresh daily. The base topping consists of tomatoes, mozzarella and oregano and is topped with fresh products. From the classic Margherita pizza to Quattro stagioni and Prosciutto ai funghi, our pizzaiolos fulfill every wish. We also sell pizzas as takeaways.
