Company history

In 1979, the company ROBINEX AG was founded by Arthur Schlaginhaufen with the aim of distributing Braukmann fittings in Switzerland

At the beginning of the 1980s, ROBINEX AG launched its own brand "Helveticus" to complement the Braukmann range. The Helveticus brand was successfully sold on the Swiss market until the beginning of the new millennium.

At the end of the 1980s, the company Braukmann in Moosbach (Germany) was taken over by Honeywell. ROBINEX AG retained its independence and was able to continue the good trade relations with Braukmann even after Honeywell took over the sales activities in Switzerland. The alignment with the Honeywell range has led to a positive expansion of the product range.

ROBINEX has been able to retain its broad knowledge of pressure reducing valves, safety valves, filters and other pipe fittings in-house despite the transition from a manufacturer to a pure trading company.

Today, ROBINEX AG sells quality fittings for almost every application.
