Jungian analytic psychology 
 
Founded by Carl Gustav Jung it is a method of psychotherapy that is beneficial both for brief therapies (episode-complex work) and longer ones (Jungian analysis). The analytical process aims at consolidating the personality and gradually confronting the contents of the unconscious, both personal and collective.
In addition to face-to-face dialogue, various methods are used, in particular dream interpretation, symbol work, active imagination, and sandplay.
 
Sandplay

Founded by Dora Kalff, this method activates the imagination while involving the body. Also highly beneficial in adult psychotherapy, sand modeling and the use of figurines work on our bodily memories and address both psychic and psychosomatic issues. As Jung says " Hands often know how to decipher an enigma with which the intellect struggles in vain ".
