The CAT de la Grand'Rue de Villeneuve is a project for a day care center for all elderly people living at home. It offers them personalized support for a day or half-day, once or several times a week. The aim of this structure is as much to reinforce the independence of its beneficiaries as to provide occasional help to families or close caregivers. 

Scheduled to open in 2021, the opening of this new CAT is fully in line with the Fondation Balcons du Lac's welcoming policy. Ideally located to offer a welcome proximity to the town's shops and amenities, the facility will accommodate 16 people per day, just like its Montreux counterpart.
