Cave des Rossillonnes is a family-run establishment situated in the heart of La Côte in the county of Vaud. The estate covers a total area of 6.5 hectares of vineyard, of which three are owned by the family. The winery produces wine using environmentally-friendly integrated production methods. The vineyard plots, all with La Côte AOC guarantee of origin, are located between 450 and 500 meters above sea level with south orientation. Jean-Paul and Martine Besson-Bourguignon took over the Les Rossillonnes estate in 1978. Their son Martial, who holds a Swiss federal master's degree in viticulture, has worked on the estate since 2000 and took over its management in 2012. The cellar produces nine different types of wine including Chasselas, Gewürztraminer, sweet wine, Œil-de-Perdrix rosé, Gamay, Pinot Noir, and a blend of Gamaret, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. A friendly carnotzet welcomes up to fifteen guests for aperitif and wine-tasting.
