SOFTWARE INTRODUCTION

Once you have decided on our offer, the introduction follows: We install the software - including the transfer of existing data - and train your two key people: the project manager(s) and a deputy.

A project manager is responsible for you at fidevision. He or she is responsible and is personally available to you at all times.

CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS

Abacus standard software also fulfills very specific, individual requirements - if it is used wisely. This is precisely fidevision's strength: we optimize standard software to fully exploit its possibilities.

Don't worry: even very individual solutions can be updated. New software versions adopt the individual adaptations.

Want to use Abacus but don't want to worry about hardware and software? Software from the cloud, hosted by fidevision, is the solution. Choose from two options:

SaaS (Software as a Service)
You use Abacus on a subscription basis for a fixed monthly fee. Access is via the Internet. You don't have to install any software yourself or worry about maintenance and updates. As a hosting provider, fidevision always provides you with the latest version. Your data is secure and stored in a data center in Switzerland.

SaaS is particularly suitable for small companies with one or two users who work largely with the standard software and do not require interfaces to other applications.

Software from the cloud
You purchase the licenses you need and use Abacus wherever and whenever you want. All you need is a computer with an internet connection to access it. The software runs on an external server instead of on your premises. The requirements for your own hardware are therefore modest. Your data is secure as it is stored in a data center in Switzerland. The external server is managed by our partner OS Systems. As a licensee, you have full control over your applications: You decide when you want to update.

This variant is suitable for more complex, customized solutions with interfaces to other applications and for companies with several users. Software from the cloud can be expanded and scaled at any time.

Your benefits: You can use Abacus at any time and from anywhere you have Internet access, no matter how complex and comprehensive the solution you need is. However, you do not need your own server infrastructure. And you decide on updates yourself.
