Organizational development analyses and optimizes structures and important work processes together with customers and their employees. The aim is to understand the past together, clarify the present and plan for the future.Conflict management comprises a range of tools and strategies that are used to analyze the subject of the dispute and the course of the conflict together with the groups and individuals involved. A way out of the crisis is worked out together, which improves communication between the parties involved and creates the conditions for functioning cooperation in the future.Supervision serves to improve professional work. It creates spaces for reflection by critically examining one's own professional actions from a distance, guided by the supervisor. The aim of supervision is to improve the work situation, working atmosphere, work organization and task-specific skills. Through practical learning, it promotes the quality of cooperation and self-assessment of one's own person and role.
