Coaching is a continuous, time-limited and partnership-based accompaniment and support for individuals, groups or teams. In the combination of task, professional role and person, coaching is goal-oriented and situational, whereby the client determines the content and topics and makes the decisions and the coach is responsible for the process.

Mediation is a new umbrella term for various conflict resolution methods in which an impartial third party (mediator) helps the parties involved to resolve their dispute amicably. In confidential negotiations, the parties themselves decide what they want to clarify and how they want to deal with each other in the future. The focus is not on the question of guilt or innocence or winners and losers, but on finding an optimal solution for all parties involved. The solution reached should take into account the interests of all parties involved and improve their relationship with each other in the long term.

Clarification assistance is a mediation method for resolving conflicts with people who should, want to or have to work together. The great strength of this method lies in the fact that it deals in particular with the "difficult" feelings (e.g. anger, jealousy, rage, disappointment, envy, hatred) of people in conflict situations. This is because a sustainable factual and structural solution and interpersonal conflict resolution are only possible by expressing, exchanging and deepening even the "difficult" feelings. The aim is to understand the past together, clarify the present and plan for the future.

Conflict management comprises a range of tools and strategies that are used to analyze the subject of the dispute and the course of the conflict together with the groups and individuals involved. A way out of the crisis is worked out together, which improves communication between the parties involved and creates the conditions for functioning cooperation in the future.

Supervision serves to improve professional work. It creates spaces for reflection by critically examining one's own professional actions from a distance, guided by the supervisor. The aim of supervision is to improve the work situation, working atmosphere, work organization and task-specific skills. Through practical learning, it promotes the quality of cooperation and self-assessment of one's own person and role.
