All people are of equal value and equal rights, regardless of whether they have an impairment or not. However, impairments have an impact on the needs and requirements that people have.

At the arwo Foundation, adults with an impairment are supported so that they can lead their lives as independently, self-determined and autonomously as possible according to their wishes and goals.

The arwo Foundation offers 120 residential places and 280 work and training places with an IV pension for people with a mental or multiple impairment. With a total of 520 employees, the arwo Foundation is the second-largest employer in Wettingen.
