Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a very efficient treatment method with which you can get to the core of the problem in a very short time in order to initialize a lasting change.
You are in a deeply relaxed waking state, all your senses are awakened, open to intense perceptions. New perspectives and creative solutions become perceptible in you and with the help of your imagination you create a better reality.
Hypnosis is so extraordinary and efficient in changing behavior, feelings and thoughts because humans have a special ability:
Our mind does not distinguish whether something is real or whether we are only imagining it. We use this great power of imagination to transform unwanted feelings, behavior or negative memories into positive emotions and images.
Guidance with personal development processes such as:
- Strengthening self-confidence
- Exam anxiety
- Weight reduction
- Resolving fears and phobias
- Exhaustion / mild depression
- Trauma and coming to terms with the past
- Personality and success development
Classical massage
Classical massage is ideal for relaxation and general well-being. It is used to treat pain in the musculoskeletal system, cramps and tension are relieved.
The effect of the massage is further enhanced with additional heat wraps, mobilization and targeted stretching exercises.
For the treatment of:
- Tension / hard tension
- for support during sport
- for various pains in the musculoskeletal system
- Arthrosis / after injuries / tennis elbow etc.
Acupuncture massage / energetic-static treatment acc. Radloff
According to ancient Chinese belief, pain and illness are caused by a localized lack of vital energy. The aim of this treatment is to bring the energy balance into equilibrium and thus stimulate the body to heal itself. The ear is a great help in assessing the distribution of energy in the body. The auricles are reflection points of the entire body and are scanned for pressure-sensitive areas using a metal rod.
Based on the ear findings, a balancing treatment of the meridians follows. Other energy flow disturbances caused by misalignments of the pelvis or individual vertebrae are treated with targeted mobilizations. Acupressure points are included in the treatment.
Vibrating cushion therapy
Lying comfortably on a large air cushion, you feel a kind of weightlessness. Your spine is set into a rhythmic vibration and gently mobilized. Individual vertebral segments are loosened with special grips. Stubborn and deep-seated tension is released and blood circulation is stimulated.
Ideal for various back complaints such as sciatic pain, muscle tension, shoulder and arm problems, etc. Also serves as a static pelvic and spinal column balancing treatment.
Foot reflexology massage
On the foot, you will find points that are energetically connected to the body organs and all structures of the body. These areas are massaged more intensively with the fingertips until the painful pressure points subside and these zones are completely relieved. The pressure is adapted to the patient's sensation and only a slight "aching pain" is felt. Over the course of several treatments, the pain disappears completely and you can enjoy the pleasant massage on your feet.
Here are just a few possible applications:
- Headaches
- Hay fever
- Ears, nose and throat problems
- Digestive problems
- Bladder problems
- To strengthen the autonomic nervous system
Headache migraine treatment
Migraine is an extremely complex condition and is triggered by a wide variety of factors. The aim of treatment is to break through the pain and work together to find the causes. The combination of a relaxing neck and shoulder massage and treatment of individual acupressure points on the face and neck allows those affected to slip into deep relaxation and pain is alleviated. A spa treatment achieves a significant improvement.
Reflective energetic mobilizations (ReMo)
ReMo is a gentle joint technique. There are dense receptor fields in all joints. They constantly report the position and movement of a joint and react extremely sensitively to possible damage and movement restrictions.
The therapist uses precise and subtle observation to search for movement restrictions and different tension ratios. With the help of the ReMo technique, the body is shown what "normal" tension conditions are and how it can regain them.
Since very little pressure is used and no invasive grips are applied, it is an ideal form of therapy for:
- acute pain
- whiplash trauma
- Nerve radiation
- Joint pain
- Osteoporosis
Cupping
Dry cupping involves placing cupping glasses on the previously oiled skin. By heating the air in the glass, the cupping glass sucks onto the skin, creating a negative pressure.
The glasses are placed on selected zones, known as Head's zones. A strong increase in blood flow is created locally, haematomas form in some areas and internal organs are positively influenced via the skin zones.
Some possible applications:
- Tension, hard muscle tension
- recurrent inflammation of the bladder
- to support kidney function
- pain in the musculoskeletal system
- varied organic weaknesses
Cupping massage
In a cupping massage, the cupping glass is placed on undamaged areas of skin. The glass is moved several times over the oiled skin, which leads to a stronger circulation-enhancing effect. The ideal complement to a classic massage.
