Nie wieder Thurcom!
Ich habe von Wingo zu Thurcom gewechselt, da an meinem Standort Wingo kein Glasfaser anbietet. Ich bereue es sehr. Das Ziel war deutlich schnelleres Internet zu haben. Leider hatte ich nachher mit dem Router von Thurcom (ist fix in der Wohnung installiert) nur 40 Mbit/s (mit Glasfaseranschluss bis 1 Gbit/s). Also deutlich langsamer als mit Wingo. Als ich bei Thurcom reklamierte war die Antwort der Anschluss sei okey und die lokale Netzwerkfuntkion sei nicht teil des Abos. Wenn ich schnelleres Wlan wolle, müsse ich selber einen Router kaufen. Meine bitte das Abo unter diesen Umständen zu künden wurde abgelehnt, da ich eine Mindesvertragsdauer von 2 Jahren habe. Meiner Meinung nach unter aller 🐷. Nie wieder Thurcom. Wingo war in jedem Punkt deutlich besser: Preis, Wlan Geschwindigkeit, Kundenservice, Kulanz.
