Working method and attitude

• I willingly get involved with people and situations, go along with them and am then a competent counterpart who makes myself available with the whole person and all experiences in the process of becoming aware and making evaluative decisions.
In the first conversation we clarify together what is at stake and how to proceed.

• Then we take a closer look: Up and down, back and forth, all around - it's not difficult... With this ease, we look at the realities and possibilities and use them to come to terms and become satisfied with what I am, have, can and do.

• I am happy to accompany and support individuals, groups, committees, teams and organizations.

My central, sometimes shattering life experience in 32 years of parish ministry: 

1. Every person looks for their task in this world and wants to fulfill it according to their possibilities. They are happy to make their contribution to a better life in a better world. 

2. Every organization - whether relationship, family, economy, politics, state, religion, education and leisure - serves this human task if it wants to have a future

About me

• Born on 28.7.1959 as the third of five children, grew up in Chur, married since 1984, two sons born in 1984 and 1989, B Matura in Chur, studied theology in Zurich, graduated lic. theol. with the topic: Theology and psychology from a scientific-theoretical point of view, ecclesiastical degree with ordination in 1990. 
• Additional training: Ecclesiastical CAS TCI 1997, TCI diploma 2003, CAS Religious Education 2008, training pastor 2010.  
• Professional experience: Farmer, potter, livestock keeper, waiter, househusband, pastor since 1990, first in Ilanz, from 1992 to 2022 in Kriens. 16 years of experience in church legislatures, 12 years as head of the parish council of the Lucerne Church, 8 years of experience in church executive, 4 years as a member of a GPK.  
• Hobbies: cooking, baking, handicrafts, swimming, jogging, cycling, hiking

I feel like I'm at the peak of my life here on Monte Tamaro and I'm looking forward to new challenges.
