Massage is probably the oldest form of therapy known to mankind. Whether for relaxation, pain relief, after injuries, or to improve mobility, it can be used in many different ways.

My current range of services includes classic massage, sports massage, foot reflexology, hydrothermotherapy, manual lymphatic drainage, and connective tissue massage. Through further training, the range of services will be expanded in the future.

Classic massage

In classic massage (also known as Swedish massage), the muscles and skin are treated with stroking, kneading, and circular movements. Classic massage can be used to treat increased muscle tension, pain points, and restricted movement, among other things.

Classic massage can be used to treat the whole body or individual parts of the body such as the arms, legs, back, and stomach.

Sports massage

Sports massage uses mostly the same techniques as classic massage, but the therapy is tailored to the specific needs of the athlete. It includes massages to prepare for competition, during competition, and for recovery.
