Home automation

Our company has been involved in building automation for some time. It has followed the technical evolution of this field, with numerous applications in the civil and industrial sectors, refining its products and identifying those that are best suited to different needs. Mainly BUS systems are used, which are characterized by high flexibility and reliability.

In this context, there are two main product families: KNX and LON (Local Operating Network).

Both systems are used successfully in different projects, depending on customer requirements and system needs.


High and low voltage

Electrical systems for lighting, power, heating, and air conditioning in domestic, industrial, and commercial environments.

Electrical systems for control, signaling, and low-current safety; intercoms, video intercoms. With competent partners, we also install video surveillance, access control, burglar and fire alarms, public address systems, and emergency lighting.

Work is carried out in accordance with best practice and current regulations, respecting customer requirements and using high-quality materials. The installation of the systems is completed with a final inspection and the issue of certification.

Periodic AIL, RASI, and RASI Report checks.


Centralization

Our electrical panel workshop in Balerna allows us to create power and control centralizations for civil and industrial systems, for indoor and outdoor use.

The integration of the most modern control techniques in the field of automation and the continuous evolution of manufacturing technology have allowed the use of standard products, simplifying the manufacturing processes of the panels and the relative final price. The modularity of the construction elements ensures that the panels can be adapted to growing needs over time, thus guaranteeing the investment.

Each panel is tested in the factory and delivered with the relevant certification and documentation drawn up using computer systems and CAD programs.



Telematics
This category includes systems used for the transmission of data, voice, and images. They are characterized by the use of suitable cables, known as universal cables, which form the backbone of the transmission structure. All the equipment necessary for the transmission of the required signals is then connected to the universal cabling, whether these signals are:

• voice, with telephone exchanges
• sound, or visual with video or hi-fi equipment
• data, with switches, hubs, etc.

For home use, telematics begins with an analog, ISDN, or ADSL connection to the public network, complete with a telephone, fax, or modem.
