Our vision

Our vision is to make a significant contribution to the care of chronic pain patients both nationally and internationally. Interventional pain therapy should become established and recognized in the Swiss healthcare system in the long term. We are committed to achieving this.

Who we are

The Schmerz Zentrum Zofingen is the first autonomously managed interventional pain center in Switzerland. This independence allows the Pain Center to work in a patient-oriented, efficient manner and with the most modern therapy methods.

The Pain Center is managed by experienced anaesthetists with several years of further training in acute and chronic pain therapy in Switzerland and abroad.

Where we differ

Because of our independence, we do not see ourselves obliged to arrange unnecessary and costly hospitalizations. We see our main task as objectively advising our patients on treatment options and, wherever possible, preventing unnecessary operations.

What we do

The Schmerz Zentrum specializes in the diagnosis and low-medication treatment of chronic pain. Our treatments are based on individual therapy concepts using leading-edge technology.

Through close international cooperation with specialists, our technical and scientific expertise is constantly kept up to date and guarantees the highest quality.

Our treatments are carried out on an outpatient basis and allow pain patients to pursue their private and professional lives without interruption.
