Familynetwork is a social organization that works in the areas of foster care and family support. The association, based in Zofingen, was founded in 2006 and operates under the supervision of the Canton of Aargau. Familynetwork offers a wide range of social services mainly in the cantons of Aargau, Bern, Zurich and Solothurn with specialists on site.

As a core service, we provide children and young people who are temporarily or permanently unable to live in their original family with a family care place and support. As a network of foster families and professionals, we work together for the well-being of the people placed in our care.

Other services:

• Socio-educational family support: We support families in crisis situations with employees who specialize in this area. With the aim of activating resources to improve endangered family situations, this service also has a preventative character.
Guided visits: we facilitate visits between children and the parent living apart from them.
• Assessments regarding endangerment of children in families.
• Education and advice: Familynetwork is involved in training and further education on specific topics relating to foster care and education in general.
