Our aim is to offer you high-quality physiotherapy that is always up to date. Christof Herzog Physiotherapy has been in Zofingen since 1998 and it is still a great pleasure for me and my colleagues to work with you on your wishes and goals. In addition to a great deal of experience, there is a constant drive for knowledge.

More active therapies

Training of all kinds, instruction for home programs, rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, ergonomics, posture training, prevention, sports-specific training advice, gait analysis,  (running) training on the treadmill, fall prevention, etc.

More passive therapies

Trigger point therapy, dry needling (Christof Herzog), manual therapy, massage, manual lymphatic drainage (Ulrike Hipp), ultrasound, TENS, taping, electrotherapy, etc.

Medical training therapy (MTT)

In medical training therapy (MTT), we work primarily with free weights (dumbbell training), as these are universally adaptable and closer to everyday life than training machines. The motor learning effect is therefore much greater than with machine training, and movement confidence in everyday life increases. We always try to extend current physical limits, particularly in terms of coordination, speed of movement and, in third place, strength (in line with the priorities/requirements of everyday life).

We offer MTT primarily as part of individual treatments due to the high level of supervision required for weight training and can be part of "normal" physiotherapy treatment.
