The Tiefenbrunnen mill has a long tradition of culinary craftsmanship: as early as the Belle Epoque, the Tiefenbrunnen brewery brewed beer for the town here, after which the Wehrli mill ground grain into bread flour here for 70 years.
In the restaurant Blaue Ente we continue this tradition and work with producers we know personally. With a lot of heart blood and muscle power they create the basis for our pleasurable market cuisine.

Enjoy a lunch together with your friends in our restaurant from 11.30 to 16.00, while we look after your children in their own "children's restaurant". The little ones between the ages of 3-8 are spoiled at their own children's table, a children's buffet and lots of toys. They will be accompanied by our childcare team. The restaurant will be available for you and your friends at lunchtime. Your children can enjoy the whole "Kids Lunch" in the next room (bar).
