There is a service agreement between the municipality of Zug (Stadt Zug) and Kunsteisbahn Zug AG (KEB Zug AG). In this agreement, the City of Zug entrusts KEB Zug AG with the operation, operational maintenance and minor structural maintenance of the ice sports facilities. These consist of the ice stadium (Bossard Arena), the training hall (Academy Arena), the curling hall, including all catering facilities and the outdoor ice rink during the skating season.

The City of Zug has commissioned KEB Zug AG to supply heating and cooling for the UPTOWN high-rise building and to supply heat for the Schutzengel development and the sports hall.

The BOSSARD Arena hosts the home games of top ice hockey club EV Zug and is also ideally suited as a rental location for major sporting events, concerts, galas, general meetings, congresses, corporate events and exhibitions.
