 "Check-up" means: check-up (Duden). The body condition should be checked if symptoms occur (e.g. pain), or if you want to rule out unnoticed disorders . Check-ups are also indicated if you have a family history of diseases (e.g. cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, high cholesterol, gastrointestinal tumors and much more) or unhealthy behavior.

We will advise you on which examinations are appropriate for your situation.

Modern medicine offers many methods to check the function of the organs. It starts with a careful assessment of your physical condition by means of a consultation and medical examination, continues with blood/urine tests and, if appropriate, additional technical examination methods (such as ECG at rest, during physical exertion, long-term ECG, ultrasound, X-ray, ambulatory oxygen measurement during sleep).
