The foundations of my work are physiotherapy, Spiraldynamik®, Traditional Chinese Medicine TCM and Boeger Therapy. This means that the knowledge of modern conventional medicine and the empirical knowledge of naturopathy flow equally into my treatments.

Physiotherapy is a form of therapy in conventional medicine. It can be used to treat not only complaints of the musculoskeletal system, but also other organ systems. Water treatments, baths and massages are also part of physiotherapy.

Spiral Dynamics® is based on our anatomical structures. Healthy movement coordination can be derived from the structure of our body. In my therapeutic practice, I use Spiral Dynamics® to analyze movement. Movement patterns that prove to be unfavourable can be identified and changed with a little practice. Misalignments and subsequent overloads, such as a hollow back or hallux valgus, can thus be changed.

The Traditional Chinese Medicine TCM is a complex medical system. It is based on thousands of years of experience and therapeutic strategies. The knowledge of health care and disease prevention is also an important treasure of TCM. The best-known TCM method is acupuncture. Other, less well-known forms of TCM therapy are herbal medicine, nutritional science, the manual form of therapy Tuina, and the movement therapy Qi Gong.

As a comparably young but very efficient form of therapy, I  have Boeger® therapy at my disposal. Boeger® therapy is a scar therapy. It influences the flow of body fluids, such as blood and lymph, as well as the tension of the fasciae and the mobility of the joints.

Rational phytotherapy is the name for modern herbal medicine. Native herbs are usually used. Rational phytotherapy combines modern knowledge about the ingredients and active substances of plants with traditional forms of herbal medicine.

Prevention: A good meal made from fresh ingredients, pleasant company, humor, sufficient sleep and leisure, but also stimulating activities, a walk in nature, a refreshing bath and warm clothes afterwards, sunbathing ...

The list of enjoyable and health-promoting things in life could go on and on. Perhaps everyone's list looks a little different. What would your list look like? What should definitely not be missing to make you feel really good?
