My professional background is quite colorful. I originally trained as a structural draughtswoman & interior architect. During a long trip to Australia, I realized that I didn't want to work in this field and when I got home I trained as a classical masseuse. This was followed by several courses in massages and therapies, including coaching and shamanic training. I am currently training in the field of herbal medicine.

My toolbox is constantly expanding. In recent years, I have worked intensively on love and how to live authentically, free and yet connected love, mindful communication (connecting communication), trauma therapy (SE Somatic Expiriencing), from which mentoring (online and offline) for love and how to live it authentically has emerged.

Acupoint massage

Acupoint massage is based on the meridian and acupuncture theory of Chinese culture. The task of an acupuncture therapist is to harmonize the energy system in the human organism

By stroking the energy pathways on the skin with a specially developed massage stick, the pathways are made accessible for the flow of energy. By stimulating certain acupuncture points with this massage stick, it is possible to control the energy in the meridian system as required. All WITHOUT NEEDLES, also very suitable for treating children.

 

Reflexology massage therapy
Would you like a form of therapy that encompasses you as a whole being? Then I can highly recommend reflexology therapy. We work together on your whole body, including your ears and feet. The reflex zones of your whole body are tapped and from there your self-healing powers begin.

Somatic Experiencing
SE is a psycho-physiologically based concept for the treatment and resolution of shock and trauma, which has been compiled by the American psychologist and biologist Dr. Peter A. Levine over decades of work and tested with great success.
