Four days of practical training are supplemented by one school day per week. With us, you will get to know everyday life in nursing, care or housekeeping. You can expand and deepen your knowledge on the school day, which will make it easier for you to start an apprenticeship in the social sector.

Care and support

Depending on your interests and aptitude, you will complete an internship in nursing, care or in a family. The two internships usually last six months each. At the end, you will receive a written qualification that provides information about your commitment, your working methods and your talents.

Care internship: retirement or nursing home, hospital

Care internship: daycare center, homes for the elderly or people with a disability

Family internship: Household and care of small children

The internships are carefully selected, visited and supervised by the individual schools. Mutual trust and usually long-standing partnerships with the institutions provide a good basis for a successful internship. You will receive an internship salary during your internship. This compensation covers the school and organization fees in most cases. Young people under the age of 20 are entitled to 5 weeks' vacation per year.
