As the most prominent hotel in Neuchâtel, we look forward to welcoming you to our premium property. Restaurant: daily from 12:00-14:00 and 18:30-21:00. Sushi Bar: daily from 12:00-14:00 and 19:00-22:00. Lounge: daily from 18:30-23:00. Bar Waves: Monday to Thursday 14:00-00:30 and Friday to Sunday 11:00-1:00.

On nous a un peu oublié, longue attente puis reçu l’entrée en même temps que le plat, puis encore grosse attente pour le dessert et la facture, avec un bébé c’était long. Pas de table à langer non plus.

Juste dommage que à chaque fois que la porte de l’hôtel s’ouvre il y ait un courant froid 🥶

Cadre superbe, accueil professionnel tout en étant chaleureux. La nourriture excellente, de bonne qualité, régional et une magnifique présentation des assiettes. On y retournera, le menu du jour est au top et très copieux.

Super Küche und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Coole Terrasse mit See Sicht und auch innen schönes Ambiente. Man muss einmal in diesem Restaurant gegessen haben und immer wieder zieht es einem dort hin.
