Wir haben ein Haus aus dem 16. Jahrhundert in der Collina D´Oro gekauft und von Thomas Kaelin (BAUM Studio) komplett umfangreich sanieren und Umbauen lassen. Die Liegenschaft ist nun wie neu ohne dass sie an ihrem Charme verloren hat. Wir hatten schon viele Liegenschaften gekauft und saniert. So reibungslos und vertrauensvoll wie mit Thomas Kaelin hat die Zusammenarbeit mit einem Architekten noch nie funktioniert. Wir bedanken uns für die aussergewöhnliche und tolle Leistung und wir haben Thomas bereits in weiteren Projekten beauftragt. Vielen Dank Thomas ! Die Liegenschaft ist grandios geworden !

Studio Calori – Works and Projects Since 1982, Studio Calori has been designing and realizing a wide range of architectural works, both public and private, standing out for its attention to context, functionality, and aesthetic quality. Among the main completed projects: • 1987 – Nursing home “Al Pagnolo” , Sorengo • 1987 – Project for the “Al Castell” park, Montagnola • 1989 – Historical analysis and preliminary study for the extension of the Sant’Abbondio cemetery, Gentilino • 1992 – Renovation and restoration of an apartment building by architect Mario Chiattone, Viganello • 1995 – Infrastructure project for the lake area, port, and leisure facilities at Pian Roncate/Montagnola • 2006 – Extension of the “Al Pagnolo” nursing home, Sorengo • 2018 – Reception center for asylum seekers of the Swiss Red Cross (Sottoceneri section), Piano della Stampa/Lugano • 2019 – Renovation, restoration, and extension of a building listed as a cultural heritage site in Vico Morcote, converted into a Relais Over the years, the Studio has also taken part in numerous architectural competitions at the municipal, cantonal, national, and international levels, strengthening its expertise and recognition.
