Das ist endlich mal eine Praxis, welche wirklich das lebt, was sie propagieren. Nämlich sich mit Herzblut und Kompetenz um unsere heissgeliebten Vierbeiner (und u.u. verängstigten Besitzern!) zu kümmern. Es geht schon mit einer äusserst freundlichen Begrüssung von Fr Akkermans an der Rezeption oder Tele los - egal ob ein regulärer Termin (Dr. O.Schmied) oder als Notfall (bei Fr. Dr.Diethelm) Ich habe mich wirklich immer, sehr gut aufgehoben, äusserst kompetent und liebevoll betreut gefühlt. Man hat sich wirklich für mich und meine Hündin Lucy Zeit genommen; selbst meine Meinung/Vorschläge als beunruhigtes Frauchen wurden angehört. Danke dem ganzen Team - bitte weiter so !!!!!
