Originally established as a company specializing in project management, design, and technical building management, over the years ADN STUDIO TECNICO SA has expanded its services to include real estate promotion, the design, construction, and sale of single-family homes, villas, multi-family and commercial buildings, as well as the renovation of existing structures. Our team is young, dynamic, and qualified.

The architectural firm Angelo Vitali Sagl was established in 2001, operating in the field of architecture in both the private and public sectors, dealing with - Outline and executive planning; - Feasibility analysis, drafting of construction applications, preparation of executive plans and cost estimates; - Construction management and site accounting; - Work schedules, settlements and cost control. Given the good cooperation with clients in 2003, the firm extends its activities in the following areas: - Real estate appraisals; - Determination of commercial value, for private individuals, banking institutions; - Construction appraisals; - Energy calculations, verification of details; - Insurance appraisals; - Damage determination, liability assessment, for private individuals, insurance companies, public bodies; - General contractor; - Legal advice in construction matters. Since March 2008, the firm has moved its offices to Via Tratto di mezzo 29 in Gordola, further improving its logistics. Since 2009, the firm has been collaborating with various public bodies (municipalities, etc.), providing the necessary support such as technical office, analysis of the municipal property situation, investment evaluation. In order to remain at the cutting edge, computer systems are updated every year, and employees attend refresher courses. Wir haben ein Haus aus dem 16. Jahrhundert in der Collina D´Oro gekauft und von Thomas Kaelin (BAUM Studio) komplett umfangreich sanieren und Umbauen lassen. Die Liegenschaft ist nun wie neu ohne dass sie an ihrem Charme verloren hat. Wir hatten schon viele Liegenschaften gekauft und saniert. So reibungslos und vertrauensvoll wie mit Thomas Kaelin hat die Zusammenarbeit mit einem Architekten noch nie funktioniert. Wir bedanken uns für die aussergewöhnliche und tolle Leistung und wir haben Thomas bereits in weiteren Projekten beauftragt. Vielen Dank Thomas ! Die Liegenschaft ist grandios geworden !

The context in which we operate influences our approach to the project in a decisive way. To produce appropriate design proposals, we believe it essential to take into account the urban fabric and the morphological properties of the landscape. By drawing on architectural models of the past, understood as typological references for formal and composition purposes, we identify a theme connecting the context to our design proposal. The basic idea behind each of our works always stems from the interpretation of a way of living and experiencing space in a given context, both physically and trough social interaction.
