RUSTICS: In typical Ticino style, we have nine houses with apartments and studios of different sizes and furnishings. MAIN BUILDING: In the main building we have 40 studio apartments, most of which have a balcony with spectacular views of Lugano and the lake. RESIDENCE: In the residence we have 20 apartments from 1 ½ to 3 ½ rooms, including parking space in the garage.
