Bei Unklarheiten meldet er sich vorab telefonisch, um abzuklären ob die Reparatur durchgeführt werden soll und ist für mögliche Rückfragen jederzeit erreichbar. Die vereinzelten negativen Bewertungen sind meiner Erfahrung nach nicht gerechtfertigt und absolut nicht nachvollziehbar!
